We provide processed information and photographs to the client (such as the school, sports club, business, or organisation) that has engaged our services. This may include supplying student ID photographs for school management systems or class prints for the school’s records.

Photographs and related information are also made available to the relevant parent or guardian, or to the individual client, through our secure online gallery for the purpose of viewing and purchasing photographs. Access to these galleries is protected by a secure password.

Once photographs have been purchased or supplied, we cannot control how they are subsequently used or shared by the purchaser. Images may contain personal information (such as names), and we are not responsible for any use or distribution by third parties after purchase.

 

 

Storage of Your Information

We retain photographs and associated information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide reprints, replacements, or ongoing services, while meeting our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020.

Photographs will remain available in our secure online gallery for up to three years to allow for future purchases. Access to these galleries is protected by secure passwords.

Information provided by the school or organisation, including email addresses, student names, and student ID numbers, is securely stored only for the duration required to complete our services. This information is retained for up to six months from the date photographs are taken, after which it is deleted from our system.

While we do our best to protect information submitted through our website, no method of transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
